Wayne Hargreaves Consulting is led by Wayne Hargreaves, who holds a Bachelor of Social Science and postgraduate qualifications from the University of New South Wales in Defence Capability Management and Systems Engineering. Wayne is a project manager, capability manager and systems engineer with experience across Defence capability development and delivery, training and operational planning, including a 21-year Army career and ongoing Army Reserve service supporting project and program management offices across Land, Air, Maritime and Joint domains.

This experience is applied to help your specific situation by providing clear, structured guidance that improves how project and capability work is planned, managed and delivered in Government and Defence environments.

Wayne actively supports individuals seeking their AIPM Registered Project Management (RegPM) and Registered Capability Management (RegCM) certifications by providing clear assessment requirements, strengthening evidence, and helping candidates present their experience clearly against expectations.
